If you love to workout but you're tired of feeling overly fatigued, sore or dealing with chronic sensations of pain with your current program (or maybe you're bored of doing the same thing over and over again), then you're in the right place. A functional way's mission is to make exercise fun, develop classes and programs that leave you feeling better, and to allow you to generally perform better on a daily basis. We use a combination of yoga asana, self-myofascial release techniques, weight training, cardio and power, and calisthenics -based movements to re-teach your body how to move and perform more efficiently. After giving this time and practice, you will notice a transfer of benefits into every part of your day and life. Less discomfort, more energy, better mobility and general sense of well-being.

What we do:

  • On-demand videos: choose between yoga asana, myofascial release/mobility, strength training and calisthenics to watch/practice when the time is right for you. (coming soon!!)

  • Live online classes (via zoom).

  • In person classes: small groups at our personal studio (3-4 people).

  • One-on-one options: (Yoga asana, weight training, cardio, mobility and stability work)

    • Meet in person for each session.

    • Full exercise program designed specifically for your needs if you prefer to perform on your own.

    • *A movement screen is required prior to one-on-one sessions in order to assess your specific needs*
