Exercise can feel like a "chore" sometimes which is why it's my mission to make exercise fun by developing classes and programs that leave you feeling better, and to allow you to generally perform better on a daily basis.
I use a combination of yoga asana, self-myofascial release techniques, weight training, cardio, power and calisthenics -based movements to re-teach your body how to move and perform more efficiently. After giving this time and practice, you will notice a transfer of benefits into every part of your day and life. Less discomfort, more energy, better mobility and general sense of well-being.
