Exercise can feel like a "chore" sometimes which is why it's my mission to make exercise fun by developing classes and programs that leave you feeling better, and to allow you to generally perform better on a daily basis.

I use a combination of yoga asana, self-myofascial release techniques, weight training, cardio, power and calisthenics -based movements to re-teach your body how to move and perform more efficiently. After giving this time and practice, you will notice a transfer of benefits into every part of your day and life. Less discomfort, more energy, better mobility and general sense of well-being.

Initial Assessment

Time investment: 1.5 hours Cost $120 Here we dive deep into learning about YOU including movement assessments, diet and lifestyle factors and your goals moving forward.

Private Sessions

Cost: $75 Time investment: 1 hour per session One-on-one training tailored entirely to you. This is where the rubber meets the road! After we complete your initial assessment, we can then determine your personalized health and fitness plan moving forward.

Group Classes

Cost: $25 Time investment: 1-1.5 hours depending on class (click learn more to see our current offerings) Join a supportive community and train together. Class options range from yoga, weight lifting and functional mobility focused classes.

What I do:

  • One-on-one options: (Yoga asana, weight training, cardio, mobility and stability work)

    • Start with Initial assessment/screen (In person required)

    • Option to meet in person or online (after initial assessment)

    • Individualized exercise program developed to reach your goals

    • *A movement screen is required prior to one-on-one sessions in order to assess your specific needs

  • On-demand videos: choose between yoga asana, myofascial release/mobility, strength training and calisthenics to watch/practice when the time is right for you. (coming soon!!)

  • Live online classes (via zoom)

  • In person classes: small groups at our personal studio (3-4 people)
